The State Trading Corporation of Bhutan Limited would like to invite interested consulting firm to conduct organizational development exercise and develop incentive scheme(s) for the company from registered and qualified international (having national counterpart) / national consulting firms having valid business license. The consulting firms must meet following criteria duly authenticated by documentary evidence for purpose of shortlisting:
- Minimum 5 Years in Business Operation
- Minimum 3 OD exercise conducted in automotive/trading business
- Company Profile with CVs of key personnel and 2 years audited financial statement (P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Valid business license and have cleared all taxes and statutory liabilities applicable in the country.
- TOR to conduct OD Exercise
Immediately after the closing date and time for submission, the Procuring Agency shall open all EoI documents, including any substitutions accompanied by a properly authorized substitution notice. Following the opening of the EoI, and until the RFP is issued; no Consultant shall make any unsolicited communication to the Procuring Agency. Such an attempt to influence the Procuring Agency in its decisions on the examination, evaluation, and comparison of the EoI may result in the rejection of the EoI. EoIs shall be evaluated based on the criteria above and the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents shall be issued to the shortlisted consultants only.
The qualifying consulting firms must submit Expression of Interest addressed to Deputy General Manager, HRAS, P.O. 272, Thimphu, Bhutan on or before 29th August 2019 at 12:00 noon in hard copy.
