1. State Trading Corporation of Bhutan Ltd. (STCBL), Petroleum Division invites bids for construction for extension of office sales building at Fuel Retail Outlet, Ramtokto, Thimphu, Bhutan from Small Class Contractor, W3 category.
2. Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of STCBL from 21/09/2020 to 30/09/2020 for a non-refundable fee of Nu 1,000.00 in the form of cash or may be downloaded from the link given below.
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address. The bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from the purchaser’s website.
4. Bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. The bid securing declaration shall have to be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid.
5. Bids must be delivered to General Manager, Petroleum Division, STCBL, Thimphu, Bhutan on or before 11:30 hours on 01st October 2020 and will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hours, in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.
